This role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can bridge business and technology, contribute to Agile delivery models, and support end-to-end implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an SME for Corporate Actions, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with market standards
- Support process transformation initiatives, improving operational workflows and controls
- Assist in project management (PM) activities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Design and optimize end-to-end processes, including trade lifecycle and contract management
- Ensure process design accuracy and alignment with business and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with technology teams on system design, enhancements, and implementation
- Work within middle-office functions, supporting trade validation, settlements, and reconciliations
- Evaluate and strengthen operational controls and risk frameworks
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive delivery outcomes
- Support end-to-end implementation, including testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production validation
- Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT teams in both virtual and in-person settings
- 8 years of experience in Corporate Actions and Middle Office Operations
- Strong understanding of corporate action lifecycle events (dividends, mergers, splits, etc.)
- Proven experience in process design, transformation, and optimization
- Solid knowledge of operational controls, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with system design and implementation projects
- Familiarity with end-to-end contract lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide strategic insights
- Experience in large-scale transformation or migration programs
