Social Vocational Services is seeking applicants for the position of Case Management. As a Case Manager, you will provide case management services for individuals with intellectual and acquired disabilities. The Case Manager major responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- Assist in development of client objectives
- Set up and monitor client files
- Participate in client service planning meetings
- Write reports on client progress
- Communicate effectively with caseworkers
Available Position:
- Full-Time position
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check and job-related physical
- Must possess a California driver’s license
- Must own a vehicle with proof of liability insurance
- Must be a team player, responsible, and reliable.
$750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days).
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
