π¨βπ³ Culinary Leadership
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop Line Cooks and kitchen team members
β’ Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture
β’ Take full leadership of the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs
β’ Support training and growth of all culinary staff
π½οΈ Culinary Execution
β’ Oversee preparation of soups, sauces, and daily specials
β’ Ensure all dishes meet standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
β’ Support all stations as needed to maintain smooth service
β’ Maintain strict adherence to standardized recipes and portioning
π¦ Kitchen Operations
β’ Assist with food ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control
β’ Maintain organization and security of all kitchen equipment and supplies
β’ Coordinate buffet presentations and support service line execution
β’ Collaborate with front-of-house teams during daily line-ups
π§Ό Safety & Sanitation
β’ Ensure proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
β’ Follow and enforce all food safety and sanitation standards
β’ Identify hazards and maintain a safe working environment
β’ Uphold all health and safety regulations
π Team & Club Support
β’ Address and resolve member and guest feedback professionally
β’ Communicate concerns and updates to culinary leadership
β’ Attend meetings, trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement
β’ Assist with special events and other club initiatives as needed

Qualifications:πΌ What You Bring
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred
β’ Minimum of 5 years of food production and kitchen management experience
β’ Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safety standards
β’ Food safety certification required
β’ Certification from the American Culinary Federation or similar organization preferred
β’ Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
β’ Detail-oriented with a passion for quality, consistency, and presentation
πͺ Physical Requirements & Work Environment
β’ Ability to stand for extended periods and move continuously throughout the kitchen
β’ Frequent walking, climbing stairs, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
β’ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
β’ Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment
β’ Comfortable working in hot, humid, and high-noise conditions
