Bell Person – Snowmass Club
Snowmass Club is seeking a friendly, reliable Bell Person to welcome guests, assist with luggage, support transportation needs, and help ensure a smooth and memorable experience for members and guests.

🧳 What You’ll Do
Leadership

Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
Guest Service

Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with luggage.

Lift and transport luggage, packages, and boxes to and from vehicles, shuttles, and guest rooms.

Provide guest transportation to and from Aspen Airport while following all applicable laws.

Communicate effectively with other shifts regarding daily operational needs.

Assist the Front Desk with phones, guest questions, and information sharing.

Keep the hotel shuttle clean—vacuum, remove trash, and ensure regular washes.

Conduct frequent walk-throughs of all properties; clean, pick up debris, and arrange furniture.

Provide basic concierge assistance—answer questions and offer local recommendations.

Keep radio/bell phone on at all times and respond promptly to calls.

Complete all daily checklists provided by the Supervisor.
Safety
-
Ensure sidewalks and walkways are clear of ice, snow, leaves, and debris.

Follow all emergency procedures and perform assigned roles when required.
Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned by the Bell Supervisor.
Qualifications:
🎓 Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

One (1) year of related experience preferred.
Licenses & Requirements

Valid driver’s license required.
💪 Physical Demands & Work Environment

Lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 80 lbs.

Bend, stretch, twist, reach, and move continuously throughout the shift.

Sustain physical activity for long periods without fatigue.

Coordinate full-body movement while lifting or transporting items.
