Golf Course Groundskeeper β Snowmass Club

Snowmass Club is seeking a Golf Course Groundskeeper to help maintain the championship-level conditions of our course. This role is essential to delivering pristine playing surfaces and breathtaking surroundings for our members. β³ What Youβll Do
Golf Course Excellence
-
Maintain bunkers daily to ensure premier playing conditions
-
Repair divots with sand and seed following daily play
-
Blow cart paths and keep course surroundings immaculate
-
Fly-mow steep bunker faces and edge bunker heads, valve boxes, and paths
-
Operate push mowers and learn small on-course mowing equipment
-
Roll greens to support optimal speed and consistency
-
Remove leaves, grass clippings, and debris
-
Safely operate golf course carryalls for transportation

Support emergency response efforts as needed
Operational Support

Assist with irrigation activities as directed

Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient maintenance environment

Take pride in protecting the beauty and playability of the course

Qualifications:π What You Bring
Experience & Education
-
One (1) year of related outdoor, landscaping, or golf course experience preferred
-
Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
Knowledge & Strengths
-
Willingness to learn golf course maintenance practices
-
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
-
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
-
Bilingual speaking abilities are a plus

Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and stooping

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and outdoor weather
