What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and valuations for acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support negotiations on debt/equity terms, JV structures, and waterfall modeling.
- Monitor asset performance, prepare investment reports, and identify opportunities to maximize returns.
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to drive smarter, more efficient decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years in real estate development/investments, private equity, or investment banking.
- Advanced Excel & financial modeling expertise.
- Strong communicator with an outgoing, collaborative personality.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or CFA/CAIA a plus.
- Knowledge of Argus, BI tools, or AI applications in finance is a strong advantage.
