Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Springfield, MA
Pay: $24–$26/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Job type: Temporary
Responsibilities:
- Post and apply customer payments (ACH, check, wire, etc.)
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due balances
- Assist with customer account setup and credit evaluations
- Process credit memos and maintain account data
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Experience with Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions
