Corporate & Partnership Tax Attorney
Baltimore, MD (Hybrid | ~2 days/month onsite)

We are partnering with a highly respected law firm seeking a Corporate & Partnership Tax Attorney to support a growing Real Estate transactional practice.
This is a client-facing, deal-focused role where you will serve as the primary tax advisor on complex real estate transactions, partnership structures, and strategic tax planning initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on corporate and partnership tax matters in transactional settings
- Structure and support real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
- Provide tax planning strategy on complex deals
- Collaborate directly with attorneys and clients on high-value transactions
- Act as a key tax resource to the Real Estate practice
What They’re Looking For
- 4–10 years of experience in corporate and partnership tax
- Strong background in transactional tax planning (NOT compliance or controversy-heavy)
- Experience supporting real estate transactions and investment structures
- Client-facing experience (must be comfortable advising attorneys and clients directly)
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
- Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Location Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Must be able to reliably commute to Baltimore ~2x/month
- Ideal candidates are located in:
Baltimore / DC / Northern Virginia
Philadelphia / Delaware
- Candidates outside the Mid-Atlantic region are unlikely to be considered
Compensation
- Associate range: $155K – $240K (based on class year)
- Open to senior candidates up to $300K
Salary : $155,000 - $240,000
