This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth in truss and wall panel design and a strong ability to connect with people and rebuild trust across internal and external stakeholders.
The organization is looking for a leader who can positively influence relationships, instill confidence across the sales team and customer base, and bring a steady, engaging presence to the design function.
