Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established manufacturing business with full responsibility for operations, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. This executive role will drive operational excellence, profitable growth, and organizational development while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business with full P&L accountability
- Oversee manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial execution
- Improve productivity, quality, safety, on-time delivery, and profitability
- Develop and lead a high-performing leadership team while driving accountability across the organization
- Partner with Sales and Finance to support sustainable growth and operational performance
- Champion Lean initiatives, KPI management, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Senior manufacturing leadership experience with P&L responsibility
- Strong background in operations, production, quality, financial management, and team development
- Proven ability to improve performance, build strong teams, and lead organizational change
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork, furniture, building products, or other custom manufacturing environments is preferred
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, EOS, or ERP experience is a plus
