Our client, a respected family-owned building materials supplier, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in millwork, windows, doors, or specialty building products who enjoys developing long-term customer relationships and providing solutions-not just the lowest price. You'll manage and grow an established territory by calling on builders, remodelers, contractors, and lumber dealers while identifying new project opportunities.
The company offers a $70K base salary, uncapped commission, first-year earning potential of $100K , and a guaranteed compensation plan of up to $175K, depending on the strength of your existing book of business.
