Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee renovation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for construction management, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of project scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance. As a Project Manager, you will drive project success by managing teams, ensuring adherence to schedules. Your expertise in construction software and technical schematics will be essential in delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects, ensuring all phases align with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively
• Coordinate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings such as Civil 3D models and construction schematics
• Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, procurement processes, and financial tracking using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools
• Supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work complies with local regulations
• Oversee contract administration, including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain momentum and resolve issues swiftly
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on complex scheduling and budget control
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or equivalent tools
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation
• Strong background in construction management software platforms for project tracking and reporting
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills
• Familiarity with construction safety standards, contract negotiations, and cost management practices
• Prior experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across various phases of infrastructure development
