The Opportunity

As an Executive Recruiter, you will build relationships with companies and professionals throughout North America. You will help organizations hire high-impact talent while guiding candidates through important career decisions.

You will:

• Develop relationships with executives and industry leaders
• Recruit passive, high-performing candidates
• Partner with clients on critical hiring needs
• Interview and evaluate candidates
• Manage searches from kickoff through accepted offer
• Develop new business within your specialized market
• Build and own a niche within the building materials industry

Who We Want to Meet

We are looking for professionals with experience in building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or construction products.

Your background may include:

• Sales or Business Development
• Branch or General Management
• Operations or Manufacturing
• Territory or Regional Leadership
• Dealer and Distributor Relationships
• Kitchen and Bath, Millwork, Windows and Doors, Roofing, Flooring, Lumber, Commercial Openings, or related products

You should be competitive, persistent, curious, relationship-driven, and comfortable having business conversations with industry leaders.
