We're hiring a dependable Lawn Care Applicator to deliver professional lawn treatments that improve turf health, appearance, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in detailed work, and understands that consistency and care make a real difference for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply lawn treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management
• Operate and maintain spray equipment safely and accurately
• Diagnose turf conditions and identify lawn health issues
• Follow application schedules, product labels, and safety regulations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
• Keep accurate records of applications, materials, and service notes
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections
• Support snow removal operations during winter months as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior lawn care, turf, or applicator experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of fertilizers, herbicides, and turf care best practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills
• State applicator license or willingness to obtain (company support provided)

• Pay: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
