We're looking for a dependable Crew Member/Equipment Operator to support our construction and maintenance teams by safely operating equipment, assisting with installs, and keeping job sites running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in equipment care, and wants to grow within a stable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate landscape and construction equipment safely and efficiently (skid steer, mini excavator, loaders, compactors, etc.)
• Assist with landscape construction, hardscape installs, grading, and site prep
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
• Support snow removal operations during the winter months
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience operating landscape or construction equipment preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• CDL or Chauffeur's License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
