We're a true one-stop shop,handling landscaping, hardscaping, excavating, lawn applications, lawn installs, irrigation, and full snow management services in-house. We're hiring a reliable, experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to lead a crew, execute high-quality work, and ensure projects are completed safely and professionally. This is for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high, and build a strong crew culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train a crew of 2 or more crew members
• Coordinate daily tasks (installation, maintenance, planting, mulching, pruning, etc.)
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Track job progress; report completion, issues, or delays
• Snow removal work during winter required
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of landscaping experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and installation best practices
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely
• Valid driver's license clean driving record (required)
• CDL and/or Chauffeur's License preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork
