What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pad Inspector position at Smith Industries, Inc.?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pad Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team at an established industrial scrap metal recycling company. This is a full-time, hourly position responsible for ensuring pad-related materials and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This role involves working outdoors in our yard, inspecting and grading materials, assisting customers, and helping maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility. This is an outdoor position and requires working in all weather conditions.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
