Production Supervisor – Swing Shift

SmartTalent is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating production and packaging schedules, maintaining quality control standards, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring organization across both production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with technical and mechanical knowledge to assist with machine troubleshooting, repairs, and employee training on production equipment and lines. Experience with SAP/WMS systems, production reporting, and manufacturing operations is highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and efficient production environment.

LOCATION: Woodinville, WA 

SCHEDULE: 

Monday – Friday 3pm - 1130pm 

PAY: 

$36 - $40

Essential Functions

·        Follow all Conifer Specialties, Inc. policies, procedures, and guidelines 

·        Train employees on manual production lines 

·        Utilize SAP/WMS systems effectively 

·        Conduct meetings with the Production team 

·        Communicate any line, machine, or material issues to the Plant Supervisor 

·        Monitor finished goods quality and assist with routine quality control checks 

·        Maintain labels and ensure proper supplies are available for all orders 

·        Complete daily production data entry and reporting 

·        Keep the production area clean, organized, and tour-ready at all times 

·        Help minimize unplanned downtime through root cause analysis and timely repairs 

·        Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership

·        Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal 

·        Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset 

·        Ability to work effectively with employees across multiple departments and personalities 

·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 

·        Moderate technical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities related to manufacturing equipment
