Office Assistant
SmartTalent is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant for a well established company managing commercial and warehouse properties in the Bothell area. This is a brand-new position starting part time with the potential to grow into a full-time role. If you enjoy organizing, communicating, and supporting daily operations, this could be a great long-term fit.
LOCATION: Bothell, WA
Pay: $23 - $30
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday, 4–6 hours/day (approx. 9:00am–1:00/2:00pm)

Advancement Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative and office support
· Answer incoming phone calls and place outbound calls when needed
· Manage external emails and assist with communication follow up
· Coordinate contractors for commercial property and warehouse needs
· Handle office organization including mail, filing, and supply upkeep
· Support calendar management in Outlook
· Assist with light bookkeeping tasks
· Perform QuickBooks data entry and basic reporting
· Complete Excel-based tasks and simple reporting
· Deliver strong customer service and professional communication
Minimum Qualifications:
· High reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Experience with Outlook, Excel, and general office software
· QuickBooks experience preferred
Basic accounting understanding
· Comfortable working in a business-casual office environment
