Fabricator / Production Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fabricator / Production Associate to join our team. This role involves selecting appropriate materials, operating various fabrication machines, and assembling sheet metal components with precision and safety.
LOCATION: Arlington, WA
PAY: $21-26 DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday; 430am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:
· Fabricate sheet metal components according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders
· Operate machinery including shears, brakes, roll formers, plasma cutters, and other metal fabrication equipment
· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements
· Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal parts with precision and accuracy
· Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
· Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
· Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report maintenance needs
· Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
· Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication machinery
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
· Welding experience a plus but not required
· Available to work overtime as needed
