SmartTalent is seeking an AWS Certified Welder to join our client’s production team, a well-established manufacturer in the Monroe area. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 730am – 4pm
PAY: $30 - $35 DOE

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and other metals according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with AWS standards.
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- AWS certification highly preferred; other relevant certifications will also be considered.
- 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Extremely reliable with excellent time management and communication skills.
