Job Title: Call Center Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract *This role is a 12-month assignment.
Job Salary: $17.50
Job Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

We are hiring a reliable and customer‑focused Call Center Coordinator/311 Customer Experience Agent to handle high‑volume inbound calls, emails, and service cases. This role requires strong communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced contact center environment and collaborating with multiple departments.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate
solutions
- Document and escalate service requests following
protocols
- Assist with call routing and forwarding as needed
- Maintain performance standards and customer service
metrics
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Minimum
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service/contact center
experience
- 1 year experience with CRM platforms
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong English grammar, communication, and
interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow detailed
procedures
- Proficiency in navigating technical systems and
ticketing tools
Preferred
Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 2 years experience with Microsoft products
- Experience with ServiceNow (1 year)
Work
Environment & Physical Requirements
- Onsite Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
- May require occasional after‑hours, weekend, or
holiday work
- Standard office environment; light lifting up to 20
lbs.
