We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer with extensive expertise in Performance Management (ePerformance) to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Performance Management module across departments.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM technical and functional development experience, with a strong background in application design, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI.
This role will collaborate closely with HR functional teams, departmental stakeholders, and technical resources to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions within a decentralized ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design,
develop, and configure PeopleSoft HCM ePerformance components to meet
functional and business requirements.
- Partner
with HR and functional SMEs to translate business needs into Functional
Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Develop
and customize PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component
Interfaces, and Integration Broker services to support performance
management workflows.
- Troubleshoot
and optimize system performance across multiple environments (DEV, TEST,
PROD).
- Support
Fit-Gap analysis sessions and provide technical recommendations aligned
with industry best practices.
- Execute
unit testing and support system and UAT testing, ensuring successful code
migration between environments.
- Collaborate
with DBAs, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain system
integrity, security, and compliance.
- Participate
in planning and execution of phased rollouts, ensuring configuration
consistency across departments.
- Develop
and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including TDDs,
migration guides, and SOPs.
- Mentor
junior developers and uphold PeopleSoft development standards and
governance practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10
years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM development experience with strong
expertise in Performance Management / ePerformance.
- In-depth
knowledge of PeopleTools 8.5x, including Application Designer, PeopleCode,
Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Application Engine, and Fluid
UI.
- Proven
ability to translate FDDs into scalable technical designs and implement
high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrated
experience implementing or enhancing PeopleSoft HCM modules in
multi-department or decentralized organizations.
- Strong
debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent
communication and collaboration skills across technical and functional
teams.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, HR, Business, or related; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree; Oracle/PeopleSoft or HRIS certifications; Agile/Scrum, SQL/DB tuning, or UI/UX coursework.
