We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base through proactive outreach, effective communication, and strategic business development. Your enthusiasm for technology sales combined with your exceptional negotiation skills will help us connect with new clients and grow our presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective business clients through outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our smart home and security solutions, ensuring clear communication of product benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored technology solutions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating value, addressing client objections, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach and lead generation.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors to position ourselves as a trusted technology partner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes related to smart home automation or security solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
