💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in SAFe Agile delivery, Release Train Engineering (RTE), SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD. This role focuses on driving Agile planning, execution, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across enterprise software development teams within a large-scale banking environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate Big Room Planning (BRP) and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) events.
- Coordinate planning activities, summarize outcomes, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead Agile delivery rhythms and ensure execution against commitments.
- Promote Continuous Delivery, technical excellence, AI tool adoption, and DevOps maturity.
- Drive CI/CD best practices and improve engineering delivery processes.
- Manage feature backlogs, dependencies, risks, and cross-team impediments.
- Track and optimize product flow, value delivery, and execution metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and delivery practices.
- Coach teams on Agile transformation, SDLC, DevOps, Annual Planning, and organizational standards.
- Develop dashboards and monitor delivery KPIs, including Objective Predictability, DORA Metrics, and CI/CO performance.
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with SAFe Framework and Release Train Engineering (RTE)
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile metrics, and engineering excellence
- Strong leadership, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services environments is highly preferred
