✅ Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector)
✅ Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
✅ SQLAlchemy & REST API Development
✅ AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, Glue)
✅ Docker & Kubernetes
✅ Microservices Architecture
✅ CI/CD & DevOps
✅ AI Strategy & Enterprise Consulting
✅ Healthcare / Payer / Provider / Life Sciences Experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions for healthcare.
- Build LLM-powered applications using OpenAI and modern AI frameworks.
- Develop RAG-based solutions and integrate vector databases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Drive AI governance, responsible AI, and healthcare compliance.
- Lead AI strategy workshops and executive discussions.
🔹 Required Experience
- 12 years of IT experience
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation experience
- Hands-on Python backend development (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
- AWS Cloud & Microservices expertise
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred
