Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data & Analytics and prior experience supporting Next Best Action (NBA) programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10 years of Business Analysis experience with significant exposure to Data & Analytics programs.
- Proven experience working on Next Best Action (NBA), Customer Decisioning, Personalization, Customer Journey, CRM, or Marketing Analytics initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data models, data flows, and analytics ecosystems.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into analytical and technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, SAS, or other decisioning platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, AI/ML, customer segmentation, and recommendation engines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and marketing analytics.
