Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest comfort.
• Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for all.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steamers effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping tasks.
• Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks when required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently.
