Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and quality standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food displays are attractive, replenished, and hygienic
- Assist guests in a friendly manner, providing in-person customer service that exceeds expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen equipment, and food preparation surfaces through regular cleaning routines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and beverage dispensers
- Handle food handling responsibilities responsibly, including portioning and serving food while following proper manual handling techniques
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems when applicable and manage weight handling in the workplace with care
Skills
