Responsibilities
- They oversee the front desk during overnight hours, performing guest check-ins and checkouts.
- Night Auditors monitor the hotel's property overnight ensuring the safety of our guest
- Night Auditors must respond to guest inquiries and complaints and resolve issues as needed.
- Night Auditors will be responsible for preparing coffee and breakfast to be ready for our guest by 6a.m.
- Night Auditors conduct end-of-day procedures, which include closing out the day's financials and run the audit.
- Night Auditors must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- They must comply with company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED:
- Experience in Hospitality or Accounting: Previous experience in customer service, accounting, or a similar field is highly valued.
- Experience in Customer Service: Handling guest transactions and providing excellent customer service is essential.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: These are crucial for maintaining accurate records and managing tasks efficiently.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Effective communication is necessary for interacting with guests and other staff.
