What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Shift (11pm to 7am) position at Sleep Inn & Suites?
The Sleep Inn & Suites in Port Clinton is looking for a part time night auditor (16 to 32 hours per week). Hours for this position are 11pm to 7am.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with room availability and hotel facilities information
- Make reservations over the phone
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide information on hotel’s services
- Offer guests advice on local shopping and eating areas
- Communicate with staff on the previous shift to manage guests’ arrivals and reservations
- Inform management of any discrepancies in front desk operations
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
