What You’ll Do

• Lead and Inspire: Supervise and support your team—plan, organize, and monitor workflow to ensure efficient, productive, and on-time production of quality products.
• Empower Success: Set clear expectations and help your team reach their goals through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities. Recognize achievements, provide constructive guidance, and administer discipline when necessary.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Foster a safe, clean workspace by educating staff on best practices and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Strive for excellence in every product while minimizing scrap and downtime.
• Drive Process Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing techniques to maximize productivity and minimize costs, always searching for smarter, more efficient ways to operate.
• Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve challenges as they arise, keeping your team moving forward toward success.
• Track Performance: Ensure accurate daily reporting of all production data and metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience as a supervisor or team lead in manufacturing
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities
• Proven record in delivering results and managing conflict
• Strong employee relations skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding written, oral, and presentation communication
• Focus on internal and external customer service
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, practicality, consistency, clarity, and a constructive approach
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs. as needed.
