GENERAL SUMMARY
- Safety-all Chemical mixers need to wear Safety glasses/Steal Toe shoes
- Must be able to lift 55-pound bags multiple bags daily.
- Forklift Certified (Fresh can do this)
- Daily Goals will need to be met.
- Teamwork, Organization, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Housekeeping, Shop Trak Utilization, Dependability
- Liquid mixing-make sure all liquid totes stay filled properly.
- Prepare big blue mixes/Citro and Supersorb when needed.
- Understand part numbers.
- Understand and utilize Shoptrak/Syteline-used for entering production.
- Prepares Sani by making mixes with raw materials.
- Maintains inventory accuracy by Utilizing Shop-Trak tools, following formulas, weighing raw materials, documenting, and reporting raw material usage and reporting scrap.
- Maintains quality by following organizational standards.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by utilizing ventilation system and keeping workstations neat.
- Completes Chem Mixing Sheets by entering required information.
- Completes data entry buy entering completed mixes into Shop-Trak.
- Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Occasionally supporting Para as needed.
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and written
- Collaborates well with others: proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Reports to Master Planner
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal plant and office environment.
- Lifting, bending, standing, and walking extended periods of time.
- Uses equipment as required in the Company Policy Manual
- Lifting a minimum of 55lbs
- Regular exposure to dust and vapors.
