Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing prompt and professional assistance with reservations, room changes, or special requests
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions while maintaining detailed logs of all activities
- Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures
- Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, employing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and enhance guest satisfaction
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Maintain strict adherence to phone etiquette, guest service standards, and hospitality management protocols throughout the night shift
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes is advantageous
