We are a beverage wholesale company located in Fairfield, NJ, seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Occasional Thursday or Friday may be required as needed.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Take and process customer orders
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing orders
- Provide general customer service support
- Perform basic office and administrative duties, including filing
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers
- Basic office and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
