- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized files.
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
