- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of daily financial transactions, including cash handling, billing, and reporting for management review.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Monitor security protocols by conducting regular patrols of the property and managing access to restricted areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and uphold hotel standards.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff at all times.
- Support hotel management in administrative tasks related to reservations, guest relations, and event coordination as needed. Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously.
- Previous hotel experience demonstrating knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality standards is essential.
