Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines and equipment to clean linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care
- Sort, fold, and organize laundry items to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution or guest use
- Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special fabrics as needed, ensuring proper handling and treatment
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including washing stations, storage rooms, and workspaces to uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies of detergents, cleaning agents, and laundry accessories
- Follow all safety protocols related to handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support other housekeeping functions as required to ensure the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property
Skills
- Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping environments is highly desirable
