Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, food stations, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Greet guests warmly, assist with their selections, and answer any questions about menu options or dietary needs
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to promote safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy morning hours
- Assist with catering or banquet setups when required, supporting larger events or group breakfasts
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience serving or working in a restaurant, catering, or banquet setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee station setup is a plus
