About the Role
SkySource, in partnership with our client, is seeking motivated, detail‐oriented individuals to join our Sacramento Equipment Service Center team as Parts Wash & Sanitation Technicians. In this hands‐on role, you'll ensure equipment parts used in reconditioned food‐related appliances are cleaned, sanitized, and fully ready for production.
This job is perfect for candidates who take pride in quality, cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize equipment parts used in food‐related appliances
- Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure proper function
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and refurbish electrical and non‐electrical components
- Package sanitized units following company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and loading area
- Work with urgency while consistently producing high‐quality output
- Participate in daily inventory processes including cycle counts
Requirements
- Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Able to work extended hours or weekends when needed
- Experience with basic tools (provided)
- Forklift experience a plus
- Reliable, safety‐driven, and team‐oriented mindset
