Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our SKYE Texas team. The ideal candidate will work alongside our team to ensure the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance, and repair tasks. This role requires a strong, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and facilities.
- Conduct resort painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
- Landscaping.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical , mechanical, and logic controllers.
- Previous experience maintenance is a plus.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols related to maintenance work is essential.
