Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision for a premier luxury resort. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance refined, guest-driven cuisine with strong operational discipline across all culinary outlets.
The ideal candidate brings a background in upscale steakhouses, luxury hotels, or Michelin-recognized environments, with a proven ability to lead large teams and deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations including signature steakhouse, in-room dining, pool dining, and banquets
- Drive menu development with a focus on premium steak programs, seasonal ingredients, and elevated presentation
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution across all outlets
- Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to achieve financial targets, labor controls, and cost management
- Execute high-level banquet and event programming, including weddings and corporate functions
- Build vendor relationships and oversee sourcing of prime beef, seafood, and specialty products
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 5 years as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end steakhouse
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet culinary operations and large-scale banquets
- Strong background in steakhouse cuisine, dry-aging programs, and premium proteins
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on team development and retention
- Financial acumen including food cost, labor management, and P&L accountability
- Experience with Forbes, AAA Four/Five Diamond, or Michelin standards preferred
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
