The Director of Commercial Strategy is a senior executive leader responsible for driving total revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning across all commercial functions, including sales, marketing, revenue management, and digital distribution. As a key member of the executive team, this role develops and executes a fully integrated commercial strategy aligned with the property’s luxury brand identity and guest experience philosophy.
The position oversees end-to-end commercial performance, including strategic planning, pricing, segmentation, channel optimization, and go-to-market execution across all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, spa, events, and retail). It carries full P&L accountability, leads forecasting and budgeting, and leverages data and analytics to maximize market share, ADR, RevPAR, and long-term guest value.
Additionally, the Director leads a high-performing cross-functional team, collaborates closely with operations, finance, and ownership, and ensures all initiatives enhance brand integrity while strengthening guest loyalty.
In short: this role serves as the chief commercial architect of the resort, unifying all revenue-driving disciplines to optimize performance and elevate the property’s position in the luxury market.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
