Assembler – 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Assemble products and subassemblies per blueprints and work instructions
- Perform in-process testing and ensure quality standards are met
- Meet daily production goals
- Maintain high workmanship standards
- Suggest process improvements and support new product builds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Comfortable using hand tools, volt meters, and basic equipment
- Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, and light lifting
- Ability to read small text and distinguish colors
