Local HVAC distribution company looking for Counter Sales Associates for Conway location.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Looking up requested parts in company's system
- Sending orders to warehouse to fill
- Tracking custom ordered parts and communicating status to customer
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Upsell products to meet customer needs
Skills
- Experience in counter sales is required
- HVAC experience a plus.
- Inventory experience is helpful.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively
