Dispatch Representative

Security company seeking a Dispatch Representative to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of technicians.

Duties

• Schedule service technicians.
• Respond to customer inquiries to provide accurate service information
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Enter in new customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes
• Provide a positive, professional, and friendly experience for every customer
• Support internal processes by ensuring information flows smoothly between customers, technicians, and the office

Qualifications

• Must have previous scheduling and/or dispatching experience.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and multi-line phone systems.
• Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
