Automotive group looking for a Front Desk Coordinator with good office and reception experience.


Duties:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Help scan documents into document management system. 

- Keep inventory of office supplies and places orders.
- File occasionally for various departments.   
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records accurately
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Assist with any tasks assigned. 


Qualifications:

- High school diploma/GED
- Must have administrative and receptionist experience

- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
