Automotive Title Clerk

Dealership group seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of title processing.

Duties:

• Process and review title searches, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Send vehicle purchase paperwork out to customers.
• Follow up with banks on trade titles, etc.
• Conduct thorough research to resolve title issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to organizational standards and ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Title experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This will be a temporary to permanent position. Required background check if hired.
