Currently hiring for PLC Technicians to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a PLC Technicians you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing PLCS and other electrical and instrumentation systems within an industrial environment. PLC Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control systems, PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi), HMIs, sensors, VFDs, and SCADA systems
- Install, upgrade, and rebuild industrial equipment and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
- Program, update, and modify PLC and HMI code to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate documentation of control programs, schematics, and system configurations
PLC Technician Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment as a PLC technician
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley RSLogix 5000, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Experience with HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus)
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control panels and motor control circuits
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's License and your own reliable transportation
Schedule:
- 1st and 2nd shift available
- 4 10 hour shifts (Monday - Thursday)
