You will work directly alongside an experienced estimator to learn bidding, takeoffs, project coordination, and the administrative side of construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing estimates and bid packages
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Help gather pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Learn construction estimating software and office applications
- Organize project files and maintain documentation
- Support daily office and estimating operations
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
- Construction background or general knowledge of commercial construction preferred
